One of our biggest projects in Hulhumale’ was the developmentof a mixed use residential complex, i.e., Marina View – Batch Apartments consisting of 70 Apartment units. ASÉRIA HOMES & TOWNHOUSES is a project developed under the Development and Sale rights granted by Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (HDC) to Batch Construction Pvt. Ltd. It is expected to be completed within a 3 year span.
The Payments from Buyers from the sale of the Housing Units, and the booking fees for reserving the Housing Units will be collected into the joint Escrow Accounts (i.e. Maldivian Rufiyaa and United States Dollar accounts) set up by the Developer and HDC at the Escrow Agent (Maldives Islamic Bank PLC).
